Healing Art Workshops:

Access, Costs & Our Community Commitment

Overview

ECCIC delivers community-based creative wellbeing workshops that support mental health, social connection, and personal development. Our workshops are designed for individuals and families who may face barriers to participation, including low-income households, vulnerable adults, children and young people, people with disabilities, unpaid careers, those with long-term health conditions, and individuals experiencing social isolation or financial hardship.

We aim to provide a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment for all participants, using creative arts as a tool for emotional wellbeing and community connection.

Workshop Model

Costs & Sustainability

Workshops are free at the point of access for individuals who may face barriers.

Contribution-based workshops are offered at select locations (£20–£28 per participant) to support sustainability:

£20 per participant where the partner provides the venue

£28 per participant where ECCIC provides the venue

Any surplus income is reinvested into the organisation to subsidise free workshops for those unable to contribute.

Funding support is available to ensure sessions remain inclusive and accessible.

Scheduling

We aim to run three workshops per month at our community locations.

Groups accommodate 10–15 participants per session.

Initial contact with participants is made within 5 working days of referral.

Workshop offers are made within 10–15 working days, subject to availability.

Waiting lists are available if sessions are full, with alternative support options signposted where appropriate.

Future Offer

From September 2026, ECCIC will introduce 6–8 week courses, offering deeper, more intentional, and tailored workshops for groups who would benefit from longer-term support.

Booking & Referral

Referrals can be submitted via our Professional Referral Form, which allows organisations to refer individuals to the appropriate workshop type.
